GETTING HERE
Here are some details useful for your stay at Altitude 261.
Getting here: Altitude 261 is a 45 minutes drive from either Gold Coast or Byron/Ballina airports, and is 12 minutes from Mullumbimby. Though Settlement Road is mostly gravel and is rough in sections, a 4WD is not necessary. Small 2 wheel drive cars may find it more of a challenge but should be ok.
Approx 6kms after leaving Mullumbimby via Main Arm Rd turn left into Settlement Rd (or if you come via Billinudgel turn right into Settlement Rd 2kms after the Pocket and Main Arm Rd intersection).
Head up Settlement Rd for two and a half kilometres, and then look out for our gate and the sign ‘Altitude 261’ on the left (if you get as far as crossing the creek you’ve gone too far and will need to reverse!).
You are now on the property. Head up our sealed concrete driveway for the last kilometre until you get to the house. If you text me on 0411 215 661 when leaving town I’ll meet you at the house for a quick tour. There is phone coverage at the house but it's patchy down at the gate.
