Master Bedroom
The master bedroom brings a king sized, and very comfortable bed, an enormous dressing area, flat screen, fire place and views towards Mt Chincogan and a wide expanse of the Pacific ocean. You have your own entrance to the deck. The master bathroom is expansive with a shower designed for two and a generously sized bath.
The house has four additional guest bedrooms. All these rooms have king beds that can be arranged in a split twin configuration.
All bedrooms either have an ensuite, or access to dedicated shower and toilet. All rooms have reverse air-conditioning and insect screens on windows.

The Altitude 261 kitchen is a chef's delight. Stylish, spacious and with all the equipment you need. There is ample dining space. The hand crafted eucalyptus dining table is nearly 4 metres long and seats 14 in comfort.

A very large deck that’s perfect for dining, entertaining or just relaxing, a pool house that has a full kitchen, and a stunning infinity edge pool and large spa. The spa is set to about 38 degrees year round. The pool gets a warmth boost Spring through Autumn when the sun is shining courtesy of solar hot water that’s installed on the roof.
The main deck (located between the house and the pool) is very spacious (approx 160sqm!) and has an undercover pavillion lounge area big enough for the entire group centred around a fire pit. It’s the perfect outdoor spot for drinks, an outdoor lunch or dinner, or all of the above!
The pool house has a bar fridge, BBQ, gas stove and oven, as well as a dishwasher. If you are using the pool and spa a lot you might find the pool house kitchen is a convenient alternative to the main house kitchen.
THE pavilion and the POD
Next to the house, and just past the pool house you’ll find the Pavilion and the Pod. The Pavilion is like it’s own mini compound, and is perfect for those who might like a little more separation from the house activity. The Pavilion has a king bed that can be split. The Pod is a bespoke build gypsy wagon under the old rosewood tree. The Pod has a queen bed. Both the Pavilion and the Pod have have beautiful views, each has an outdoor shower and a private toilet. The Pavilion is air conditioned, and the Pod has a fan (and a hammock!).

Every single one of us found it hard to leave - we will be back. We were in constant awe of the view, loved laughing around the fireplace, dancing on the deck, getting our photographer on and watching stars from the spa. Altitude 261 is not only stylish and well equipped it is also perfectly designed to provide all guests with a private place to retreat to. We loved that everyone had their own bathroom and it made getting ready for a wedding ceremony a breeze. Navigating the driveway with a small sedan was no problem at all and we enjoyed feeling like we were so isolated despite only being minutes from town. "Altitude 261 is incredible. Even now, weeks later, I still can't quite believe just how lucky we were to be able to have experienced it. We stayed as a large group, for a family reunion, and booked the entire property inc The Hangar. Although there were so many of us it never felt crowded, there were so many private spaces for individual down time and the large, well appointed indoor and outdoor common areas made it so easy for us to all be together. We didn't leave the property for the entire stay. Swam, cooked, went for walks. I wish we could have stayed longer. Next time we will! Rod was an excellent host. Really warm and very professional. He was so helpful during the booking process, always available and prompt with his replies to our queries. the property itself was absolutely amazing; the perfect balance of luxury and homeliness.
